My Childhood I was always Sick and running Back and Forward to the Hospital With know understand of why I was becoming so sick and doctors couldn’t give my parents no real information on why I was sick .
As I start growing and started maturing I wanted to know and be Enlighten on how to heal myself as I began to Deep dive into knowing myself , I began to innerstand the Spiritual knowledge of what Health is important and Way you can Heal-Thy-Self by just a simple Shift in Habits and Routines.
